A permit names a contractor. If ours isn't on the permit, we're not the one accountable — and in Chester County and Main Line townships, accountability matters when it comes time to sell your home.
Inspections we pass, not avoid
Every deck we build gets inspected. Not because we have to — because a passed inspection is the only proof that your deck is structurally sound. We schedule inspections, we attend them, and we don't call the job done until the inspector signs off.
